Learn how to make sushi in a friendly atomosphere and surprise your family and friends.

You will learn
– how to cook Japanese rice properly
– how to make maki-sushi (rolls)
– how to prepare Japanse clear soup
– how to make Japanese style omelette

After the class we can sit down and taste our sushi along with the soup and the omelette. For those who wish to buy the basic ingredients, a starter's kit is available.

Place and time*
Sushi workshop is given in Ménetreuil (between Louhans and Cuisery) on Friday and Saturday mornings from 9 to 12 o'clock.

If you prefer other dates or time, please let me know.
* minimum 3 up to 5 participants.

Important to know
The sushi which we eat in Japan or in Japanese restaurants are made with fresh raw fish. But for the sushi I teach in my class I don't use any raw fish. Simply because it is difficult to find fresh fish in this par of France that can be eaten raw. You would have to be really careful and sure of the freshness of the fish if you want to use it raw. I will introduce sushi which are made with canned tuna, cooked prawns, smoked salmon, crab sticks, together with vegetables.

Hiromi's Japanse cookery classes are held in a friendly and relaxed atomosphere introducing basic Japanese home recipes which are healthy and easy to prepare .

where, when and how much?
The cookery course - 3 sessions in total are held in Ménetreuil (between Louhans and Cuisery) morning of your choise (except for Wednesdays) from 9 to 12 o'clock.
-or Saturday morning if there is no sushi workshop
